Inspire the world with a whole new story experience using VR
VR is a platform that allows you to become the character you want to be, go anywhere beyond time and space, and experience various stories. Using such a magical platform, we would like to create VR content that will expand the interests of those who experience it, ignite their spirit of adventure, and make the world a better place, and we would like to send it out to the world to stimulate the world.
We see great potential in the medium of VR, and in 2017 we established Kodansha VR Lab, a studio that plans and produces films and performances that can be shown on the VR platform. Inheriting the genes of our investors Kodansha and Polygon Pictures, we hope to produce (1) globally acclaimed, (2) "interesting and informative," and (3) high quality films to deliver unprecedented surprise and excitement to the world.
